Destiny 2: Warmind is the second expansion to Destiny 2 – a mix of shooter and MMO title. The DLC takes us to Mars, offering new storyline, quests and enemy faction.
Destiny 2: Gods of Mars is another expansion for PC, PS4 and XONE’s version of Curse of Osiris.
The story of Destiny 2: Gods of Mars revolves around another awakening of AI Charlemagne – a Warmind located on Mars, which was originally planned to appear in the first game. It leads to entrapment of Rasputin – its counterpart on Earth – in ancient vault. Players must cooperate with Ana Bray to defeat Remnants controlled by Charlemagne and free the imprisoned artificial intelligence.
Destiny 2: Gods of Mars does not add any new mechanics or other fresh elements to gameplay. Instead, it focuses on giving Destiny 2’s players new yet familiar content. There are more story quests, adventures, maps for PvP mode and cooperative activities, e.g. assaults and public events (including heroics ones). The biggest novelty comes from the new type of enemies for the series – Remnants. Taking part in the game will reward players with equipment, including more exotic weapons and armors.
As far as technical matters go, Destiny 2: Gods of Mars isn’t any different from the base version of the game.

Destiny is a series of first-person shooters with a touch of MMO and RPG elements. The series combines a science fiction climate with fantasy elements: players take on the role of futuristic warriors using both firearms and supernatural powers. The main job here is to eliminate soldiers of alien races that serve the ancient cosmic Darkness. During the execution of missions, even the story missions, we can encounter other players and cooperate with them. The fun is accompanied by acquiring better and better weapons and armor, known from erpegs, as well as climbing to new experience levels and unlocking new skills.
