Games from the S. T. A. L. K. E. R. series evoke similar feelings in me that the Gothic series does – it's all a bit crooked but with good spirit and an irreplaceable atmosphere. Any deficiencies are effectively supplemented by numerous modifications. One might add that modders not only correct the creators' shortcomings but also expand these games on an incredible scale.
