Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory has regained dedicated servers. They will be free of modifications and we will play only the original campaign on them.

Id Software Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory has regained dedicated servers. This will enable s to play the classic in an unmodified version, because as the studio itself itted - currently multiplayer games with fan mods dominate the scene, which can spoil the nostalgic gaming experience.
The default mode on "deds" will be a standard campaign with classic rules. Competition with other players will take place on six original maps. In the game search engine they will appear as "id Software Official Vanilla Server - (Region)".
The settings of the official servers in ET:
- default mode: campaign,
- maximum number of players: 16 (8 on 8),
- Punkbuster disabled,
- alliance fire enabled,
- enabled anti-lag,
- maximum number of lives disabled,
- no weapon restrictions.
id Software says it has set up servers in a number of territories and, as a result, playing ET will be comfortable due to low ping:
- United States: Texas,
- European Union: Netherlands,
- Australia: Canberra,
- United Kingdom: London.

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory not only received official servers, but also appeared in the Microsoft Store.. The shooter can also be ed on ET: Legacy.
The release of ET took place in 2003 on PC, where it was a standalone expansion for Return to Castle Wolfenstein, offering multiplayer features.
