The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt With Small Patch; Improves Performance on GeForce RTX 40
Last week's 4.02 update didn't live up to the expectations of gamers in of performance improvements in The Witcher 3. CD Projekt RED has released a minor patch aimed at owners of specific GPUs.

Last week did not eliminate all the issue.
Answering the most serious allegations, today CD Projekt RED introduced a minor patch, aimed at owners of GeForce RTX 40-series GPUs.
The hotfix focuses on the problems faced by owners of the said GPUs using DLSS 3 technology, and the developer suggests that the game's stability is to improve.
However, in the comments under the Twitter post, a group of gamers appeared, suggesting that a similar patch should also be implemented for older chips in the RTX 30 and RTX 20 series, using previous incarnations of the DLSS technology. They point out that the performance and stability of the game running on older NVidia GPUs also leaves much to be desired, which they believe requires developer intervention.
It remains to be believed that a minor hotfix for the next-gen The Witcher 3 is just the beginning of further work towards a better optimized and more enjoyable game.
