The Sims 4: Get Together is another expansion to The Sims 4, a PC game that premiered at the beginning of September 2014. The expansion pack doesn’t change the gameplay mechanics, but it adds new, social aspects and forms of activities to the game. The players, together with their Sims, are going to a new location called Windenburg which was inspired by European architecture. Plenty of attractions await them there, including giant hedge mazes, old ruins, and beautiful ponds. These attractions favor interactions among virtual people who, in addition to the aforementioned attractions, can visit coffee shops, pubs or disco – places in which they will definitely meet new Sims.

In addition to new locations, various activities were added as well. The developers enabled us to play table football, start bonfires or participate in hidden dance parties available only for selected few. It is also possible to organize your own party. All the player needs to do is go to selected location, make some space for the DJ and wait for guests who will definitely come.

The Sims Game Series

The Sims is a series of games created by Maxis studio and published by Electronics Arts since 2000. The games in the series can be described as life simulators, in which, directing the avatars we create, we act out scenes from everyday life, but also build them houses, which they can then furnish according to their own vision. The series has sold more than 200 million copies, making it one of the world's best-selling games, and has twice made it into the Guinness Book of World Records.

Game Revolution: 4 / 5 by Nicholas Tan

For better and worse, Get Together revolves almost entirely on its group feature, a function that will ultimately make you wonder how you ever lived without it. It allows you to do far, far more with what The Sims 4 already has. That said, the expansion doesn't have much ing content in of useful skills or additional professions; in fact, bringing in the dancer and DJ as professions would have boosted the value of the expansion without being outside of the box. Still, Get Together is an expansion worth tagging along.

ZTGD: 4 / 10 by John Whitehouse

Get Together will no doubt be an essential purchase to those who are fully invested in The Sims 4. But if you are looking for something to add some deep meaningful content, then save your cash.

Gaming Nexus: 9 / 10 by Travis Huinker

The Sims 4 Get Together follows Get to Work's trend of providing both worthwhile and entertaining content. Get Together goes a step further, however, by improving the core gameplay experience of gathering Sims together with the new clubs feature. In addition, the new dance and DJ traits and world of Windenburg round off a great package of content.
