TerraTech Worlds

TerraTech Worlds is the successor to the TerraTech game from 2018. Although it is not a direct sequel, the basic game mechanics are very similar. The independent studio Payload Studios, founded in 2013 by Vincent Scheurer and Russ Clarke, who previously worked on mobile games, is responsible for both productions.

Mechanics

The gameplay of TerraTech Worlds is based on three fundamental elements: building machines and bases, exploring the open world, and gathering resources and fighting.

We create structures from components obtained during the game, which can be freely combined with each other. Machines can be adapted for many purposes, starting with the way they move - on land, water, or in the air. More specialized equipment includes radars, terraforming equipment and various resource extraction tools, as well as a wide arsenal of weapons. The bases serve us as a logistics center and warehouse, as well as shelters that we can expand, improve and strengthen.
