Mechanics

Task Force iral is a strategic production, but we don't play the role of a mastermind who moves troops like puppets. Instead, we impersonate a specific person and can observe the action from the first person perspective ( FPP). The player can also choose the top-down view. We are on the side of the USA and have a clear enemy - Japan. In the game you can find characters known from history and a number of minor details (including the colors used by individual squadrons). The action takes place in real time, but we have the ability to pause it.

The basic task is to direct your forces in such a way as to achieve victory. The developers put emphasis on realism - there are no development trees, statistics and ideal communication tools. We have to make common sense decisions based on the current situation - as if we were on the ground. Each ship and plane has been meticulously reconstructed - so that it resembles its real-world counterparts in of combat capabilities.

The battles are characterized by partial randomness - special mechanics adjusts using a set of prepared events and elements.

Game modes

We can only play Task Force iral alone. The core of the gameplay is a single player mode with several dozen different scenarios. Players can also create their own battles with the help of an extensive editor.

Technical aspects

Task Force iral offers quite a nice, three-dimensional graphic design. Graphics are a bit different from the industry's top, but individual ships and planes look good and resemble their real-world counterparts (we also have a realistic damage model). The ocean and the land, which we occasionally have the opportunity to observe from the skies, are also solid.
