Mechanics

The PC / Windows version of the game includes 12 different planets, among which one can find ones like Mustafar and Utapau, shown in Revenge of the Sith, third episode of the Star Wars film franchise. Another interesting feature offered by the game is the multiplayer mode, which allows up to 64 player to participate in the large-scale battles set in the Star Wars Universe. The battles take place not only on planets’ surface but also in mid-air, in the intergalactic space and inside massive star cruisers (Tantive IV – Leia’s ship, the Death Star, etc.). Apart from infantry units, one can see in action many war machines – e.g. classic X-Wings fighters, TIE Fighters, powerful Star Destroyers and YT-1300 freighters. Moreover, we get to see the legendary Jedi Knights wielding their lightsabers and using the Force, however they are not as invincible as one may expect.
