A fast-paced first-person shooter reminiscent of the modern Doom games. Son and Bone has us playing as a sheriff transported into a world full of dinosaurs and other strange creatures.
Son and Bone is a fast-paced FPS by TeamKill Media, an American studio founded in 2016, known for such games as Quantum Error.
The protagonist of Son and Bone is Sam Judge, the Sheriff of Patchwork in Montana. When one of the local farms is attacked by bandits holding a hostage, he sets out to ister justice. Following their trail, the protagonist ends up in an alternate reality full of dinosaurs and other strange creatures. This routine mission therefore turns into a fight for survival.
Son and Bone is a first-person game. The player must traverse various locations, such as dense forests and ancient ruins, gunning down enemies along the way.
We'll face many different dinosaurs and other fantasy creatures, such as lizardmen and stone golems. Aside from regular foes we'll also face powerful bosses.
Combat is fast-paced, our arsenal including a revolver, a shotgun, a machine gun and a grenade launcher. There are also brutal finishing moves to dispatch enemies with.
Son and Bone runs on the Unreal Engine. The graphics are nothing to sneeze at, with the enemy designs being especially appealing.
