Sins of a Solar Empire II: Paths to Power is an expansion to the space strategy game with 4X elements titled Sins of a Solar Empire II, originally released in 2022. The company Stardock, which oversees the development of the brand, is behind the creation of this DLC.

New features in the expansion

Sins of a Solar Empire II: Paths to Power brings new maps in the form of scenarios, which are diversified in of starting conditions and ways to achieve victory. The gameplay largely focuses on achieving the goals assigned to us.

For the purposes of Conversion, the authors rebuilt the game's economy and resource systems, making the game world more dynamic. The main role here is played by the Advent faction, whose task is to assimilate a certain number of the sector's population. Clash of the Titans deprives participants of their home planet. Instead, the scenario allows them to start the game with a titan and expand the fleet with additional units (thanks to the abolition of standard limits, we can command multiple units of this type).
