The plot of the game focuses on Seymour's expedition to Hollywood, where our hero is to take part in the recording of his first film. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving at a film studio, it turns out that in a big city nobody recognizes the star of a small screen, and in addition, Tarzan, who is supposed to play alongside Seymour, has trouble speaking even one word in English. Solving the problems piling up in front of our hero is the main goal of the game.
The game resembles classic adventures with Dizzy in the lead role. The objects scattered here and there should be used in specific locations, otherwise the action will not move forward. Of course, the game contains a huge number of arcade elements. Seymour must avoid with certain objects and characters, as he loses valuable energy. If the level of the latter drops to zero, our hero dies and loses one of several additional "live". When the reserve Seymour supply is exhausted, we have to start all the fun from the beginning.
The audiovisual setting does not raise any major objections. In this respect, the program is very similar to the series of games about Dizzym. Static, refined and colorful backgrounds are colored by the presence of other characters and various animations, introducing a bit of life into a somewhat sterile image of the whole. In the background there is still an interesting background music, no other sounds were found. To sum up, Seymour Goes to Hollywood is an interesting hybrid arcade game with adventure that should appeal to Dizzy's fans. If someone did not like egg production in the main role, also this program should not bother about it.
