Serious Sam's Bogus Detour is a spin-off of the Serious Sam series developed by Crackshell in cooperation with Croteam. Once again we play as the fearless Sam who has to face hordes of enemies. Gameplay is based on the series' classic scheme. We fight with numerous enemies and use against them guns like pistols, machine rifles, swivel guns, and flamethrowers.
Serious Sam’s Bogus Detour for PC is an arcade shooter developed by Crackshelll, creators of the 2013 game Hammerwatch. The studio was aided in the development process by Croteam, creators of the Serious Sam franchise. It was published by Devoler Digital.
Serious Sam’s Bogus Detour for PC is an oldchsool top-down shooter. We play as Sam who, as usual, has to face hordes of enemies known from the ‘big’ Serious Sam games. We will use pistols, miniguns, and flamethrowers to eliminate them. Our enemies charge at Sam in big groups, so in order to survive we have to keep on moving and firing in the right direction. As we play, we get experience points and level up Sam.
The game offers a story campaign that can be played alone or in a four-players coop. There are also other game modes like Survival (for twelve players), Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch.
Serious Sam’s Bogus Detour for PC has simple, oldschool visuals. The game offer many different locations for us to explore, like futuristic Egypt, a map filled with lava, the interior of a temple, and many others.
