Gameplay

Resident Evil Zero HD for PC, PS4 and etc. is a remastered edition of Resident Evil Zero, a game that was first released in 2002 on the Nintendo GameCube console and re-released in 2008 on Wii. The title offers mainly upgraded visuals, altered to meet modern standards.

Story

The plot of the game takes place before the events shown in the first installment of the series and tells the story of two characters. First one is Rebecca Chambers, S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics And Rescue Service) agent who is on the way to Raccoon City in order to investigate a series of mysterious murders. After her helicopter crashes before reaching the destination, in order to survive the heroine is forced to forces with Billy Coen, former US Marine who was convicted by the military court to life sentence for killing 23 people during a mission in Africa.

Gameplay

The gameplay is based on similar principles (traveling through locations, solving riddles, fighting enemies) as other installments in the series, but it allows the player to control two characters, between which he or she can switch at anytime to employ their unique abilities.
