Continuation of a series of realistic pinballs, launched in 1996. This time the authors serve us a journey in time, asking players to find fragments of the crystal hidden in four different time zones.
Pro Pinball: Timeshock! is a continuation of a series of realistic pinballs, initiated by Cunning Development with The Web from 1996. Also this time we are dealing with a simulator that faithfully reflects the physics of the sphere and the behavior of a real filppered table.
In the second part of the game the authors serve us a journey in time. The title has its plot, while our task is to complete four parts of a mysterious crystal, broken down by the unconscious hidden power of a scientist. They are hidden in four different time zones - in the present day, distant future, ancient Rome and prehistoric era. If we successfully complete the mission entrusted to us, we will pave the way for a completely new, unexplored place in space-time and correct the scientist's tragic mistake, thus saving the universe.
Although the game gives us only one table, in each of the time zones we can enjoy different kinds of bonuses and tasks to perform, and each of them has a different musical setting. In addition to the traditional game of hitting specific targets with a ball, we will also have the opportunity to test ourselves in a number of mini-games played on the display of the machine. Of course, all the classic solutions used in computer simulations of pinball, such as magnetism, multiball, or the ability to save the ball by shaking the table, make the game even more fun.
Timeshock! maintains the high level of the original. Created on the same engine, the graphics feature even more detailed, high-resolution graphics and improved physics. Depending on your preferences, the table can be viewed in different camera pitches, or even switch to classic 2D view. In addition, there are an enormous number of configuration options - from the number of balls to the regulation of the impact force of the flippers.
For the best players the authors have foreseen the possibility of posting their results on the Internet. Amateurs of fun in the company of friends, the game gives a chance to compete in the "hot seat" mode. - up to 4 people at one computer.
