PixelJunk Eden

PixelJunk Eden is an arcade game with unusual audio-visual setting, drawing inspiration mainly from classic 2D platformers. This is the third product from the PixelJunk PS3 series promoted mainly on the console. As in the case of the two previous games, Q-Games is responsible for its development.

Mechanics

The action of the game takes place in something like a large garden. The general objectives of the game are relatively simple. The player takes control of a pulsating ball with certain adhesive properties, resembling a small grain. The game is mainly based on getting to the next branches, which is made possible by firing small ropes and skillfully swaying on them. We also have to collect pollen because these activities ultimately contribute to the growth of trees in the area. The with larger trees, in turn, gives the opportunity to get to the higher and initially inaccessible sections of the level.
