Phineas and Ferb: New Inventions is an educational game with the protagonists of a popular cartoon in the leading roles. The player's task is to help Phineas and Ferb build the world's most magnificent roller coaster. As usual, the boys are accompanied by a beak, Agent P., who once again has to face the evil Dundersztyc. The title was produced by the Russian studio PIPE.
Phineas and Ferb: New Inventions is a proposal of Disney Interactive and the Russian studio PIPE addressed to lovers of an animated series with a pair of title characters in the leading roles. The game combines elements of an educational and logical game.
The story presents another adventure of Phineas and Ferb; this time the boys come up with a brilliant idea - they will build the world's greatest mountain railway in the courtyard. Of course, it requires a lot of work, and the inquisitive Ferret will certainly try to report everything to her mother. In addition, the crazy doctor Dundersztyc has developed a new plan of conquering the world, and thus a nice beak - Agent P. will have his hands full of work.
The player must help Phineas and Ferb to build the queue, which requires many challenges to be met. The gameplay is focused on educational elements, theory is presented before most of the tasks, and the acquired knowledge can then be tested in a number of simple tests.
The level of difficulty of the game and the control system have been adapted to the capabilities of small customers. In addition, at any time of the game, you can use the system of hints, so that no task should be too difficult and frustrating.
Audiovisual setting of Phineas and Ferb: New Inventions has been maintained in the aesthetics of the cartoon original. Thanks to numerous film interrupts, the player can get the impression of active participation in one of the episodes of the series. Thanks to the efforts of the Polish distributor CD Projekt, the title was published in a full Polish language version with acting dubbing.
