Sports game, which is the fourth installment of the Wii Sports series. In Nintendo Switch Sports we can try ourselves in such disciplines as volleyball, bowling, bton, fencing, tennis and soccer. The game offers online multiplayer or single console play.
Nintendo Switch Sports is a sports game developed by Nintendo. It is the fourth installment of the Wii Sports series, launched in 2006 on the Nintendo Wii platform.
In Nintendo Switch Sports we can test ourselves in such disciplines as volleyball, bowling, tennis, bton, chambara (fencing) and soccer. Although the general rules are based on real competitions, they have been taken with a pinch of salt. For example, in bowling everyone is playing at the same time, while the ball we try to hit into the opponent's goal during soccer matches is really big.
The gameplay and controls have been adapted for motion controllers, making the whole thing simple and intuitive. Interestingly, the box set comes with a special armband that allows you to attach one of the Joy-Cons to your leg to make kicking the ball and shooting a bit more realistic.
As we progress, we advance to more and more advanced leagues. In addition, victories provide us with points, which we can exchange for various cosmetic accessories, such as outfits, accessories and equipment. Available assortment is regularly replaced, which encourages frequent purchases.
Nintendo Switch Sports allows you to play in multiplayer mode, over the Internet or locally, in the company of up to four people.
Nintendo Switch Sports features colorful graphics in a light, cartoon style.
