This time, the creators decided to give a few tips to help change their daily habits and apply a healthy lifestyle.
My Life Coach is a very simple educational game. At the very beginning we have to answer a few important questions which will have a huge impact on the course of our therapy. By analyzing our answers, the program sets the schedule for the day - from wake-up, through meals, working time and sleeping hours. Whether or not we adapt to the requirements of the machine depends only on us, but everything we do has to be constantly monitored - as we keep track of the electronic relationship with our virtual therapist. If one of the elements of our everyday life - e.g. eating habits - does not correspond to the dietary plan prepared by the game, it will not fail to inform us about it. Our results can be tracked on specially generated statistics.
My Life Coach has very simple graphics. The creators put much more emphasis on the substantive message of the title than on its visual setting. The angular characters speaking to us from the display remind us that therapy is still only a game and not a therapist who instills habits of healthy life.
