Plot
The action of Minions Paradise is set in a universe known from the series of animated films started by Despicable Me from 2010. The plot of the game begins with a holiday trip of the Minions, little helpers of the supervillain, who decide to relax in a luxurious resort located on a tropical island. Unfortunately, during their voyage, the ship is seriously damaged and the heroes get overboard. The sea throws them to the beach of an uninhabited island. Instead of despair, the Minions decide to turn their new home into a holiday resort.
Mechanics
This idea for the plot was realized in the form of a funny economic strategy. During the game, we command the Minions and with their help, we collect raw materials, construct new buildings and craft objects. The development of individual elements of the resort will, of course, unlock access to new structures and activities. The authors made sure that we always have something interesting to do. Our characters can play on water skis, hunt for electric eels or fly with balloons and drop mangoes on the ground. As you can see, the production was developed with a tongue in cheek and instead of complicated economic mechanisms, it focuses primarily on providing fun.
Technical aspects
The fans of the franchise should be happy knowing that people who worked on the movies have helped in the development of this game. The participation of original scriptwriters and artists makes Minions Paradise a real treat for lovers of the series. An additional attraction is an appearance of a new Minion called Phil, who didn't appear in any film before.
