The third installment of a series of adventure games, full of bloody and dark humour. Kindergarten 3 takes us to a very unusual type of a pre-school facility. We participate in absurd children adventures, often involving a lot of blood.
Kindergarten 3 is the third installment of the adventure series full of bloody, black humor. It started in 2017, featuring a very distorted version of adventures of kindergarteners. This project is the result of a collaboration between independent developers: Sean Young and Con Man Games.
In Kindergarten 3 we watch the action from the side.
We end up in the titular kindergarten along with the kids transferred here after their adventures in another institution (this was presented in the second part of the series). We participate in events quite unusual for preschool standards, the course of which is largely shaped by our actions and decisions.
While helping a teacher put on theatrical plays sounds innocent, breaking windows and faces, pulling an alligator out of a pond, or exploring ventilation shafts with a friend clearly show that we are dealing with a dark comedy here. This aspect of the game also emphasizes its brutality - blood flows thickly here, especially during fights with peers or close encounters with the aforementioned reptile.
The adventure leads us through such places as the school courtyard and playground, the classroom, and the library or the nurse's office. During the adventures, we meet various characters, such as the quarrelsome Austin, sweet Emmy, Davey fascinated by alligators, mysterious Alice, a nurse, Mrs. Lovelett (a teacher), and Director Regis, who was previously a janitor.
Similar to previous installments of the series, the graphic design of Kindergarten 3 was created using pixel art technique.
