A narrative adventure game in which we play the role of a depressed painter. Indigo consists in solving uncomplicated riddles and making decisions that influence the plot's further course.
Indygo is a narrative adventure game enriched with HOPA elements. The production was developed by an independent Polish team of Pigmentum Game Studio.
In Indygo we play the role of a painter suffering from depression. The main character has not left his studio for three months, but communicates with the outside world, embodied by his other half, Anna, by letters. How his fate will unfold and whether both of them will manage to find a way out of the ime depends on the player's actions.
In Indygo, we observe the action from FPP. The game consists of solving puzzles (such as finding and arranging fragments of a torn photo), correspondence with Anna and making various choices. Seemingly small decisions affect the further course of the plot, determine which of its endings we will see, and also affect the appearance of the room. Additional information about the hero's emotional state is provided by his comments on the objects in the studio and a diary where he writes down his thoughts and feelings.
Indygo features hand-drawn graphics maintained in gloomy colors. A gloomy atmosphere is also created by the melancholic soundtrack.
