Choose from 12 single-session workouts Harley developed for his celebrity clients to perform during breaks on movie sets, or enter a five or 10-week fitness program based on one of three intensities: easy, intermediate, or advanced. Harley will give you the most effective workout based on your choices.
Each 5-Factor Fitness session consists of:
5 minutes of cardio warm up
5 minutes of upper body strength
5 minutes of core
5 minutes of lower body strength
5 minutes of cardio cool down
