A three-dimensional action game that allows us to direct the big robots known from Japanese animated and comic book series from the universe of Gundam Seed. In addition to the single player campaign, production also allows you to have fun in multiplayer mode.
Gundam Seed Battle Destiny is a three-dimensional action game that allows us to play as a pilot of great robots from the universe of Gundam Seed. Japanese Artdink studio is responsible for the production, having a lot of experience in creating titles with the most popular Japanese mosses. Gundam Seed Battle Destiny is the sixth installment of the Gundam Battle series created by the developer, which all previous installments went to the PSP console.
The story of the game presents the events and the most important characters who appeared in TV series and all the side comics and books located in the world of Gundam Seeda. Apart from the stories appearing in the above mentioned source materials, the creators also prepared and woven into the game original scripts, which may be of interest to Gundam's fans.
The action of the game is observed from the perspective of a third person. The robot moves freely on three-dimensional boards, some of which are located in space. The camera is controlled by the right analog knob. The skillful combat model that we are dealing with is confusingly reminiscent of the Gundam vs. series and what previous versions of the Gundam Battle series had to offer. Depending on the used mecha model, we have a wide range of distance weapons and those that we will use in a short circuit. We can also use special attacks, jump, fly, evaporate blows and avoid them. Thanks to the console's touchscreen, we can quickly change the weapon we are currently using and choose another attack target.
Battle Destiny has a local multiplayer mode, as well as the ability to play via the Internet. Multiplayer game allows you to participate in two-person cooperation missions and four-person duels between players.
The visual setting does not impress with the number of details, but instead provides smooth and fast gameplay. The game uses sound effects, voices of characters and music known from television series.
