Golden Trails: The New Western Rush is a Wild West-based casual adventure of the kind of "hidden objects", produced by the development team at Awem studio. The player takes on the role of Sheriff Jack and tries to track down the perpetrators of the bold attack on the bank in Sunnyville.
Golden Trails: The New Western Rush is the first installment of a series of detective adventures of the kind of "hidden objects". (hidden objects). The game was created by developers from Awem Studio, a company specializing in casual productions, i.e. occasional players.
Golden Trails: The New Western Rush takes place in the Wild West. In the peaceful town of Sunnyville, bandits attack the bank. Sheriff Jack sets off on the trail of criminals. A difficult investigation leads him to a gold mine, the Grand Canyon, an Indian camp and deserted ranches. On his way, the protagonist encounters many archetypes of characters known from film westerns.
The creators prepared several variants of the game. In addition to the campaign, the main player can try their hand at solving puzzles in Unlimited mode. The basis of the game are tasks to check perceptiveness, in which you have to find the indicated objects in the picture, which is rich in detail. On the other hand, simple, arcade mini-games (e.g. shooting range) are a form of variety.
Golden Trails: The New Western Rush is characterized by aesthetic, two-dimensional graphics with hand drawn backgrounds. The atmosphere of the Wild West story is emphasized by the soundtrack with country-style music.
