Release Date: September 15, 2015
The sixth installment in a best-selling racing game series, originated by Turn 10 Studios in 2005, available exclusively on Microsoft consoles. In comparison with the previous game, this one features more than twice the number of licensed car models – namely 450 – which you can drive on 26 tracks scattered all around the world, including such legendary circuits as Le Mans and Daytona. The developers did not forget about car customization.
The Forza Motorsport series has accompanied Xbox consoles since its origin. In 2005, the first installment has been released on the original Xbox, and in the consecutive years, the Xbox 360 has received the next three editions. In 2013, along with Xbox One, came Forza Motorsport 5. The sixth part is the second to be released on the newest of Microsoft’s consoles. The production has been developed by the Turn 10 studio, known mostly for creating the rest of the Forza cycle and helping the Playground Games team with their two projects of the Forza Horizon saga – a spin-off of the original series, focused mostly on arcade challenges.
The gameplay in the title revolves around racing with various cars in a number of different game modes. Apart from the single player career mode, the authors have prepared a multiplayer mode for up to 24 players; we can take part in races, leagues, etc.
The developers have featured over 450 vehicle models, which we can race with on 26 unique tracks, including the Le Mans and Daytona speedways. There are also other attractions, such as the possibility of customizing our machines.
When it comes to the mechanics the game is still a simulator; however, it can also be easily adjusted to fit the needs of less experienced players. The list of novelties, not available in the previous installments, includes nightly challenges and those on a wet surface.
The graphics of Forza Motorsport 6 are definitely one of its stronger sides, as the production pushes the Xbox One console to its limits. The game runs at 60 frames per second in 1080p, offering beautiful sights and perfectly recreated vehicle models.

A series of racing games created and developed by Turn 10, a studio owned by Microsoft. Forza Motorsport was born in 2005 as a Redmond giant's direct response to the series Gran Turismo - a hit from the Xbox's rival PlayStation consoles. A fierce and even rivalry quickly developed between the two brands, which continues to this day. Forza has also become a hallmark of Microsoft's hardware due to its very high quality graphics.

Game Ratings for Forza Motorsport 6 Video Game.
Metro GameCentral: 9 / 10 by Mr Pinkerton
The best Forza Motorsport so far and arguably the best driving simulator on consoles, with stunning visuals and a mountain of highly compelling content.
Polygon: 8 / 10 by Arthur Gies
With the loss of some of its personality, Forza Motorsport 6 sometimes feels like a little less than the sum of many much improved parts, and there are certain quality-of-life changes that feel increasingly overdue. But these are only distractions, bumps in the road that make Forza feel "just" great when looked at from a distance.
Shacknews: 9 / 10 by Daniel Perez
Forza Motorsport 6 is what I always wanted a next-gen driving game to be. It offers beautiful visuals, a wide variety of options, and uses real-world physics to dictate how vehicles perform. I could easily see myself playing Forza 6 for several months, or even years. I've never experienced a driving game with this level of polish, and it's unlikely anything will unseat it in the near future.
