Bubble Bobble Revolution is a DS incarnation of the classic Bubble Bobble arcade game, released in 1986 by Taito corporations. Just like in the original, the heroes are two nice dinosaurs, Bub and Bob, who, combining their strength and abilities, have to overcome 100 levels to save their girls .... or rather dinosaurs.

Bubble Bobble Revolution has improved graphics compared to the original, and new types of bubbles, types of attacks, enemies and bonuses. The game uses both screens of the console and, interestingly, the microphone, which is used to activate mini-games and special functions - for example, on one of the levels you need to blow in it to run the turbines visible on the screen.
It is interesting to place the original version of Bubble Bobble as well as the hidden, playable character designed by Igusa Matsuyama, the artist responsible for the characters of Harvest Moon. In addition to single player gameplay, Bubble Bobble Revolution offers a mode in which up to 4 opponents can face each other. Their task is to destroy as many monsters as possible appearing on the board - it wouldn't be too difficult if it wasn't for the fact that players can hurt each other.
