Broken Sword: Parzival’s Stone is the sixth installment in an iconic series of point-and-click adventure games, originating from 1996. Like the previous games, it was developed by Revolution Software.
Broken Sword: Parzival’s Stone stars the returning George Stobbart and Nicole Collard. While studying an ancient manuscript, they stumble upon the trail of the mythical Holy Grail. They also end up entangled into conspiracies involving corrupt government agencies, energy companies, ancient history, Nazi treasure hunters and quantum physics. As if that wasn't enough, the fate of the entire world turns out to lay in their hands.
The gameplay of Broken Sword: Parzival’s Stone doesn't differ much from the previous installments. The players must traverse diverse locations and talk to NPCs; this grants us information and clues used to progress the story. There are also various puzzles to solve, mainly by looking for items and using them in specific ways.
Broken Sword: Parzival's Stone makes use of the Super 2D technique, combining 2D backgrounds with 3D models. The game retains the series' signature colorful, cartoonish artstyle.
