Loaning a player allows you to strengthen your club for lower price.

Buying a player is not the only option for acquiring one. In the case of smaller clubs, a good way is to loan players from stronger teams. Sometimes, you can even loan a player without any price (an even better way is to find a patron club that will allow you to loan its players). Such a player will stay in your club for some time and when certain clauses are met, he may go back. The player's parental club doesn't change. If you have a wide team (for example if you have a lot of young talents), consider loaning your own players. They will earn some experience in other clubs and you will save money on their wages.

To loan a player, select Make an offer and then change contract offer to loan offer.

Loan options

Future fee - the sum for which you can buy the player during the loan.

Future buy back fee - the sum for which the other club can buy the player back after you buy him during loan contract.

Squad status - the position in the team that you offer to the player. It is best to loan players that will strengthen your team and set a status appropriate to this role.

Preferred position - the position on which the player will play.

Can play in cup matches - defines whether the player can appear in cup matches.

Can play against own team - defines whether the player can play against his parent club.

Can be recalled - allows the club to recall the player before the loan contract ends.

Can appear in parent club reserve - defines whether the player is available for the parent club reserve squad.
