Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Succession WarsNew World Computing is a developer of video games. New World Computing has been active on the market since before 1986. One of its first projects was game Might and Magic Book One: Secret of the Inner Sanctum. In publishing its games, New World Computing collaborates with Ubisoft. Version 1.7.0 of the Horn of the Abyss mod for Heroes of Might and Magic 3 has been released. It introduces a new castle. a unique steampunk faction and an additional campaign.

A remastered soundtrack from Heroes 3 has been announced. The refreshed music from HoMM3 will be released as an LP by a Polish company.

Heroes 2 will get a fan-made overlay which will bring the game closer to a full-fledged remaster. A group of amateur developers has been adding new patches and improvements to the game for over a year.
