Ubisoft will focus on two types of games in the coming years. „And that's what we want to deliver year after year”
Ubisoft's plan for the coming years is to focus on two types of projects: open worlds and game-services.

Open worlds and games-as-a-service - this is what Ubisoft wants to focus on in the coming years.
Yves Guillemot, the company's CEO, hinted at the plans of the French publisher during a conference for investors in connection with in the context of the developers of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
Guillemot briefly mentioned some of the titles included in the company's plans, with Assassin’s Creed: Shadows at the forefront (being a great, or even the last hope of Ubisoft after the company's Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege on all platforms. This is to be a key part of the publisher's strategy.
Guillemot didn't reveal anything more, but in this second case, some players associate it with rumors about a possible continuation of Siege in the style of Counter-Strike 2. We should see this project in some form at the Six Invitational 2025 tournament starting today.
Guillemot didn't mention other initiatives, but the company may follow the path of other publishers and revive old series or games. Maybe we'll finally get to see Beyond Good & Evil 2 again, or perhaps Ubisoft has actually recalled Rayman's existence?
