Steam Card Farming Hype in Capcom Arcade Stadium
Unsurprisingly, the F2P game Capcom Arcade Stadium has risen to heights of popularity on Steam. This is due to easy genration of collectible cards.

In a nutshell:
- Capcom Arcade Stadium has become one of the most popular items on Steam;
- The game is not d, so it was probably caused by the mass generation of collectible cards.
A rather large anomaly appeared on Steam. In the last few hours, Capcom Arcade Stadium has become one of the most popular titles on the platform. The reason for this is the massive "farming" of Steam cards by bots.
Capcom Arcade Stadium is a free hub for arcade game ports, in which you can buy a variety of bundles of classic titles. It hit the market on May 25 of this year and has not been very popular so far. According to data from Grand Theft Auto V.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is not currently being d by Capcom, however. Also, none of the major online content creators have recorded anything about the title. So it's easy to conclude that this state of affairs stems from the fact that Capcom Arcade Stadium has been hit by a plague of card-generating bots.
As most of you probably know, Steam has a system of collecting virtual cards. We collect them while playing individual titles. We can keep our conquests for ourselves or sell them for money to fund our Steam wallet.
It is worth noting here that already in 2017 there were programs pretending to play a particular game. This made it easy to generate cards for sale.
At the moment, Capcom and Valve have not issued any comments on this matter. One thing is certain, however: this situation has affected Steam's popularity stats.
