New Gameplay Trailer for STALKER 2 Confirms Delay
As promised, Microsoft together with GSC Game World presented a playable version of STALKER 2 to gamescom visitors. In addition, the developers released a new gameplay trailer.
The gamescom trade fair is in full swing. During the several days of its duration, the event will be visited by ton of gamers, who will be awaited by a host of attractions prepared by game developers.
Among the companies present at the industry feast there is Microsoft, which, in accordance with recent STALKER 2. The Redmond giant, together with GSC Game World, presented a fully playable version of the post-apocalyptic shooter. In turn, for those who could not visit Cologne, the developers prepared a new gameplay trailer. You can watch it below.
Unfortunately, the developers have not yet announced an exact release date for the game. All that is known is that it will be released in the first quarter of 2024.. This confirmed the information that our editorial colleague, who is currently in Cologne, has reached. So we must arm ourselves with a little more patience and bear in mind that GSC Game World has come a really long and hellishly difficult way to bring the project to its current condition.
Recall that Heart of Chornobyl was originally scheduled to debut in December 2022. Unfortunately, as a result of the endless war in Ukraine, the team responsible for the game had to heavily change their plans.
