Reveil, Psychological Thriller With 1960's Circis Vibe, Gets Release Date
Daedalic Entertainment and Pixelsplit studio have announced the release date for Reveil. The title in the convention of a psychological thriller will debut soon.

Soon, horror fans will be able to test their nerves with Reveil - an adventure game in the vein of a psychological thriller, created by the German studio Pixelsplit. In accordance with the publisher (Daedelic Entertainment), the developers released a trailer for their production (you can watch it below).
The atmospheric footage also brought a release date. Reveil will launch on March 6, 2024 and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The game will offer text-only localization in 14 languages.
The protagonist in Reveil is Walter Thompson, who spent his youth in the Nelson brothers' circus. Although he had some bad moments, the hero finally managed to sort out his life and start a family of his dreams.
However, the dream comes to an end when one day Thompson wakes up, not ing what happened the night before, and discovers that his wife Martha and daughter Dorie have disappeared. As if that wasn't enough, his imagination starts playing tricks on him.
In search of answers, Thompson must delve into a surreal world inspired by circus shows from the 1960s, and there will be numerous puzzles waiting along the way.
As for the gameplay, the action of Reveil is seen from a first person perspective (FPP). The story consists of five acts, each of them taking place in a different setting.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that Reveil can be pre-ordered on Steam until March 13 at a promotional price. It's $17.99 for the title (the default price is $19.99). Those interested may also buy Reveil in Funhouse edition. Currently, it costs $24.99 (the default is $27.99). Funhouse edition, aside from the base game, includes soundtrack, artbook, audio plays, developer commentary, and black and white camera filter.
