Mini Royale is quite an interesting and fresh approach to the battle royale genre. ittedly, the goal is still the same, which is to beat everyone and be the last team on the battlefield. What's unique, however, is that we play as tin soldiers, and the map is one big apartment containing several rooms. The title is scheduled for release on March 27th, 2025 on PC, and is getting quite a bit of attention. However, what about console gamers? You can find out in our article.
Mini Royale – PS5, PS4, Xbox and Switch release explained
As the game's release is fast approaching and interest is quite high, console players are wondering whether Mini Royale will also be released on platforms such as PS5, PS4, Xbox and Switch. The answer to this question is ambivalent.
The good news is that a console port of Mini Royale is in the plans and nothing foreshadows that something will change it. Therefore, it can be expected that the game will appear on all the aforementioned platforms. How do we know it? Developers have stated that themselves on the official Discord channel.
Unfortunately, there is also bad news. You will have to wait quite a while for it. Mini Royal will be released in Early Access, which means that a few things will still need to be added or improved. For this reason, developers want to focus on improving PC version in the first place. It is quite common that EA games are ported to consoles after their 1.0 launch. Only when developers from IndigoBlue feels that their creation is ready, they will start working on creating a port for consoles.
