Games Disappear From EA App s. Publisher Investigates

EA owners report that some games have disappeared from their collections for no clear reason. Internet s have reported in online discussions that they received a notification about the deletion of some items from their after logging into the service. Some people argue that it's simply an application mistake and all that is required is to restart the service client for the games to reappear in the collection. However, for some, the solution to the problem wasn't that simple.
The publisher doesn't seem to have done this on purpose.
