CDP RED: More developers are working on Cyberpunk 2077 than have ever been working on The Witcher 3
CD Projekt RED spokesperson has stated that there are currently more people involved in the production of Cyberpunk 2077 than there were in any other game in the developer’s history, including The Witcher 3. There was no more info disclosed.
If for some reason you were concerned about Cyberpunk 2077’s future, take a look at this:
There are currently more gamedev folks working on Cyberpunk 2077 that there were developing the Witcher 3 in the most intense month.
The above has been stated by CD Projekt RED spokesperson when answering questions regarding the game on the developer’s official forums. In fact, it was the only Cyberpunk-related inquiry that has actually been answered (keeping the veil drawn over whether or not a co-op mode will be available, for instance), but for some reason it feels gratifying enough, doesn’t it?

Info emerging from the official CD Projekt RED’s Q&A is somehow new to Cyberpunk 2077, for so far we had to gather all the breaking stories from unofficial sources, such as not hearing from the devs until 2017 fading away.
Oh, and there’s still one more big news from the Q&A that hasn’t been mentioned – CDP RED are eco-friendly and use bikes to get to their offices. Yet another reason to like them.
- Some players are worried that games like Cyberpunk 2077 could get banned in US under the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act (IODA) bill
- One of the gigs in Cyberpunk 2077 raised questions even at CD Projekt RED. „I would say that if you never have that discussion, you're probably not making art”
- „We tried, and it didn't work out.” CD Projekt RED has come to with its fate, confirming that it won't stop making games like The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk
