Beamdog (creators of, among others, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition) will soon announce a new project. Apparently, it will not be another remaster.

Beamdog has already managed to Baldur's Gate series - not to mention other iconic RPG games based on Dungeons & Dragons - and even prepare a large original expansion. And now the studio prepares a completely new project.

As Beamdog informed on Twitter, the team plans to reveal the next game tomorrow. It will take place during the broadcast on Xplay (YouTube) and G4TV (Twitch) at noon.
What's interesting, apparently it's not going to be another remaster or remake. The post mentions a "new original production". This suggests that we will see a new IP - if not in general, then at least in the video game market.
For now, nothing more has been revealed about the announcement. Will it be a production similar to Axis & Allies 1942 Online, the turn-based WWII strategy game from last year, or something completely different? We can only be patient and hope for a pleasant surprise.
