8874 is an Inside-inspired game from Poland

What’s also interesting – especially if you are Polish – is the fact that 8874 is set in Walbrzych, an actual city in Poland, which was faithfully recreated in the game based on photographs. The environments are built in full 3D in Unreal Engine 4, and right now they seem to be the game’s strongest asset. A trailer of an early version was shared by one of the 8874’s creators, Tomasz Gora, on Facebook. Here are also some screenshots.



The 8874 team expects that the development is going to take at least a year. They are currently focusing on the story, which they say, is the most important element of their game. We are looking forward to hearing more about 8874. In the meantime, you can check out the developer’s official website.
